I help clients step back from the noise of everyday life and think more intentionally about how they are spending their time and energy. Together, we identify what matters most, remove obstacles that create friction or keep you stuck, and build habits and rhythms that support meaningful progress.

My approach is relational and personalized. I take time to understand your goals, your circumstances, and the patterns that shape your days, so we can create a way forward that works for you.

The Pace & Pattern Method

1. Clarify‍ ‍
Each session provides a protected space for you to think clearly and regain perspective.

2. Explore
We brainstorm possibilities for how you could spend your time and attention in ways that align with what matters most right now.

3. Experiment
We work together to design small experiments based on your purpose and circumstances for you to try, so you can see how they impact your day-to-day life.

In between sessions, I check in on how your experiments are going and offer accountability and encouragement along the way.

4. Refine
We talk through your reflections—what’s gone well and what you’ve learned. I help you make adjustments as needed so you can create sustainable rhythms.

What coaching looks like

While the framework provides direction, each session is shaped by what is most relevant to your work and life at the time. I use a conversational, inquiry-based approach to keep evaluating what’s going well and what might need adjustment. This allows our sessions to remain structured yet responsive to real life.

Between our meetings, I research ideas and resources that fit your unique situation and wiring so I can provide personalized options and tools that best support your individual growth. 

The goal is not simply productivity: it’s helping you build a life that feels meaningful, focused, and aligned with your purpose.

  • Sessions are in person in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

  • I work with a small number of clients at a time so each person receives thoughtful time and attention.

  • I can come to your office, or we can meet at a local coffee shop.
